Forevermore Records was founded in 1991, but our history dates back to 1957 as Masters Releasing, Inc. of Buffalo, New York. The label was founded by legendary record mogul Steve Brodie and nephew Christopher Biehler, originally to release some of their (over) 10,000 masters from the late 50’s through the early 70’s.

Exciting news!! - The Showvinistics & The Invictas will be playing at the Lilac Festival. The Invictas start at 5PM on May 14th and The Showvinistics start at 6:30 P.M. on the main stage.

The Invictas

For the past 30 years, I’ve been focused on running my advertising business, and then I decided to change my life. I reunited our 60’s rock ‘n roll band.

It started over 40 years ago
During the sixties, I was the singer in a rock ‘n roll band known as The Invictas. We had fan clubs, police escorts, and a hit song and dance entitled The Hump. We wore knee-high riding boots and fur vests, and traveled in a black 1955 Cadillac hearse. Our record The Hump, made the Top 100 in the US, was on the charts from Buffalo to Miami, and was banned in Boston. To read more, please go here.

Baby Boomers Rock Troops With Classic Rock 'N Roll CD


Herb Gross with US troops Over the years I’ve become very patriotic. Perhaps its unusual that a rock ‘n roll guy who was born in Canada might love living the US.  But I think this is the best country in the world.  For the past year or so, I’ve had a song rattling around in my brain called Red White Blue & True.  During the summers I play in a 60’s rock ‘n roll band known as: "The Invictas". 

We started the band when we were in college and a few years ago I reunited the band.  As we approached the end of the playing this summer I decided it was time to complete the song and get it recorded.  The band is based in Rochester NY, I live in Charlotte NC and there was a lot of work to be done.
